    You thought that Google Chrome's tracking and Microsoft's "Recall"
    were bad?

    Atlas "out-surveils even Google Chrome, and that’s saying something.
    It doesn’t just log which websites you visit; it also stores
    “memories” of what you look at and do on those sites. It can even grab
    control of your mouse and browse for you."

    That's just part of the reason why people need to move away from the proprietary products. At worst, you're looking to protect your privacy;
    at best, you're sending a strong message to companies that you are no
    longer going to play along with their increasingly tyrannical business
    model. For me, getting rid of fTPM stuttering - a problem manufacturers
    have no interest to fix because it might result in people buying a new computer - was the best reason to migrate over to Linux. However, there
    are many others: greater privacy, better default security, more
    longevity from your hardware, less bloat and greater control over your hardware. Another great benefit is that by using Linux, you get to piss
    off the fanatical leftist pedophile garbage which aims to conquer the
    entire platform to promote their legendary stupidity.
