    No need to hack, just firewall properly (Everything blocked unless specifically given access out.

    So the free antivirus has multiple components, it has to be able to
    update so that bit is allowed to access the internet, but other bits of
    it are bouncing off the firewall daily.

    Since I tend to download the whole driver package for nVidia, and I
    don't install their app, there is no reason to ever let any part of it
    have access.

    Make sure the firewall didn't come with some exceptions for thing like windows update and others, something could sneak out were it in there
    and you didn't notice.

    I'm more worried that they'll try to hamper the experience if its not
    present to punish that, or just straight up refuse to start...
