Ah well. I tried to take this one but it said the code expired. I
don't think that is the same thing as someone else getting to it
first. That is a different error I believe.

This game uses the same engine that was used for The Summoning. I
really liked that one. I actually own Veil of Darkness. At least, I do physically. Box, manual, floppies and hint book. What I do not own is
a digital copy of it so I can actual install and play it. :-P

I did not bother with any of the other titles you posted here or in
your other post so those may still be available if anyone is
    interested.

    Thanks for sharing rms.

Yeah I was worried they were getting old & tried to clear out my stock.
I posted more today that should be fresh, so check those out!

Thanks again but only Fantasy General interests me from that list and
I own it already. Spalls offered it recently as well.

I googled this, and apparently, promotional codes given away by both
GOG and Steam do expire. Purchased codes do not.

They CAN expire. They don't have to. It all depends on how the keys
are set-up. For obvious reasons, promotional codes often have an
expiration date... mostly to keep people from re-selling them.

Even purchased codes can sometimes expire (although if that happens,
you usually have a stronger case for the provider issuing a new code)
