    You know the drill: Amazon Prime's got games. You've got Amazon Prime (reluctantly, if you're like me); let's see what's new to the library.
    I bet there's some real excitement waiting for us this time!

    [The URL's are informational, and cannot be used to claim
    the game. You need to go to gaming.amazon.com for that
    and pay Bezos his blood-money first ;-)]

    * DragonStrike (via GOG)
    https://www.gog.com/en/game/dragonstrike
    It was inevitable this game would show up. We've gotten
    pretty much all the other classic DOS-era Dungeons & Dragons
    titles from SSI already. This is an odd game, set in the
    DragonLance universe, that's something of a cross between a
    fantasy RPG, a strategy game, and a flight-simulator. It's
    undeniably janky, but I think that has more to do with the
    era in which it was made and the technology it was built for.
    It's one of those games that CAN be fun... but you really
    have to work for it and want it.

    * FATE: The Cursed King (via GOG) https://www.gog.com/en/game/fate_the_cursed_king
    Yet another FATE game. Honestly, I can't tell them apart
    and have no idea if I've played this one or not. If you love
    mid-2000s action-RPG Diablo-clones, well... here's another.
    It's not terrible. Otherwise, well, it's nice to have the
    complete series, innit?

    * Residual (via GOG)
    https://www.gog.com/en/game/residual
    Yet another retro-graphics platformer with survival, crafting
    and rogue-lite mechanics. <sigh> Reviews are pretty middling
    with this one too, citing a host of issues.

    * Tormented Souls (via AMAZ) https://store.steampowered.com/app/1367590/Tormented_Souls/
    This one looks somewhat interesting; it's an old-school
    survival horror game that takes its cue from games like
    Resident Evil. This is, however, a mixed blessing, since it
    also copies a lot of features like fixed-camera angles and
    scarce save-points to capture that 'old school' feel.
    Still, it looks pretty and if you accept the game as the
    obvious love-letter to late-90s horror-games that it is,
    you'll probably have fun.

    * Pixel Cafe (via AMAZ)
    https://store.steampowered.com/app/2409360/Pixel_Cafe/
    Looks to be a diner-dash type game mixed with adventure-game
    and story. The reviews are generally favorable, but I just
    can't get past the pixel-graphics. I've no nostalgia for it.

    * Mystical Riddles: Ghostly Park CE (Legacy) https://store.steampowered.com/app/2936590/Mystical_Riddles_Ghostly_Park_Collectors_Edition/
    I said above that there's real excitement in this month's games.
    So where's the excitement, you wonder? Right here! After a
    whole month of no new hidden-object games, the genre returns.
    Aren't you thrilled? ;-)

    Well, that's it for this fortnight's collection. We'll get more (and
    probably better) games later this month, I'm sure, but some of these
    aren't TOO bad. It's not like Prime Gaming has that high a bar to
    clear anyway. ;-)

    Guess what; we get to do this all over again in two weeks! See you
    then!

    The requisite addendum with the redundant key:

    For those who want it, here's a spare key to a free game. You all know
    how it works (but I'll say it again anyway): the game is on GOG, claim
    it by going to https://www.gog.com/redeem, you need an account there,
    and the key only will work for the first person to claim it. Also,
    don't forget that I have ROT13'd the key, probably just to be annoying
    or something.

    Got all that? Good. Here's the key.

    * DragonStrike

    Enjoy!
