I mean, honestly I don't care too much. Like I've said, I've only
marginal interest in the franchise, and even if I were a big fan, the
fact that the game is being released by 'there-is-no-such-thing- as-too-much-DLC' Paradox Interactive would make me hesitate to buy the
game. Their games always make me feel like I'm on an endless treadmill
of spending trying to get the 'complete package'*. So these changes
don't really affect me. Ultimately, I think nothing will really change anyway; Paradox is _still_ gonna nickle-and-dime Vampire fans to death
with endless DLC releases.
But it's good to see they bowed to public pressure, at least a little.

If it's a typical Paradox game, you'll probably be waiting a long,
long time. Some of their games _never_ receive a full 'game of the
year' repackaging with all the DLC.
