    For the last few years questions@lists.ntp.org subscriptions/unsubs were handled by emailing questions+[un]subscribe@lists.ntp.org. That's changed
    as the list management software has switched from mlmmj to Sympa. The
    correct way now is to visit https://lists.ntp.org, which I believe was how
    it was done before mlmmj when the lists were hosted on Mailman.
