How do you know if he is lying or not? So I looked up a few things just
for fact checking by all concerned.
His mom (of the Delaware beach house mentioned in a long-ago CSMA post)
died in 2024. He was brought up a Presbyterian. The obit sounds like mom
was a wonderful person. Based on that obit she had at 4 grandchildren
and 3 sons. Hugh is 66 years old.
I also have his address and phone number. I will not share that info or
the source. I looked up the home on Google Earth and it is very modest
NJ ranch on a small corner lot. Based on foliage and street condition
the entire area appears to be 1950-60 vintage. Narrow streets with no
curbs, no sidewalks and small lots. Unfortunately Hugh's specific home
is not covered in Street View but I found a confirming picture on Zillow.
If Hugh is as well off as he has claimed to be on CSMA the house does
not reflect it. But then again, neither would mine.
But his home is VERY modest. Small 1950 ranch of 1288 sq ft on a 6752 sq
ft lot. Zillow value about $525,000 and a property tax bill of about
$7,500. But then again this is NJ.

or the source. I looked up the home on Google Earth and it is very
modest NJ ranch on a small corner lot. Based on foliage and street
condition the entire area appears to be 1950-60 vintage. Narrow
streets with no curbs, no sidewalks and small lots. Unfortunately
Hugh's specific home is not covered in Street View but I found a
confirming picture on Zillow.
If Hugh is as well off as he has claimed to be on CSMA the house does
not reflect it. But then again, neither would mine.
But his home is VERY modest. Small 1950 ranch of 1288 sq ft on a 6752
sq ft lot. Zillow value about $525,000 and a property tax bill of
