    Especially my friend Snit/Brock!

Note - you will recognise some of the names! ;-)

    Enjoy! 🙂

Anything in particular I should be looking for / at?

Dustin - posting under his real name!

    I did see that.

You'll have noted, then, that he *IS* an *EXPERT*!

His ego is bigger than his expertise.

The Apd you know from ACW is posting there under his previous
Usenet handle - "Ant". (Short for Antony!)

I knew Ant, I did not know what it was short for.

For some reason I'd not properly tied in that THAT Ant being
    ACW's "Apd"! (Brain fart!)

I have known for a while. Not sure where I learned. Maybe from
    you.

Most 'ordinary' hardworking folk do NOT have a Usenet history!

Correct. Just as most do not worry about digging through many years
of emails just to have a conversation. I do keep some "special"
quotes and the like largely IN RESPONSE to Carroll begging me to
rehash old debates (and now Gremlin, too). Even then, though, most
of what I do is just save some posts in a folder and use the built
    in macOS search tools.

I certainly think finding things on my Mac is easier than on Windows,
but it's hard to remember such things now!

When you update macOS it can be slow for a day or two as Spotlight
catches up (esp. if you have tons of data, as I do). But the benefit
    is searches are MUCH faster.

Side note: the discussion in COLA about UIs / usability has been
refreshingly civil. I am sorta shocked -- in a good way.

    Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!
    Sure you are snit.
You are setting up your circus tents.
You will soon be packing them up though so don't pount the stakes in too
    deep.

No answer received in response to this question of mine:-

    https://groups.google.com/g/microsoft.public.security.virus/c/uF >>>>>>>> G5XzxtHnc/m/fDvUv4Q3BQAJ

A false positive, if I recall correctly.

Allegedly ..... BUT that was not my point!

    *THAT* is the unanswered question!!!

For the most part just let the past be the past... though SOME
things are worth bringing up again, especially when context pushes
    them.

I simply cannot forget all the things I've explored and discovered
over the last 20 years. For much of that time a certain Mike Easter
has been snipping at my heels too. He's never disclosed why.

    Any theories?

Well, if he's 'real' he'll be nearing 90 years of age now.
If not, he could be working for a three letter agency!

On the Internet, nobody knows you're a dog.

But everyone knows you are a piece of shit troll, snit.
And those who don't, will know soon enough.
You can't hide from your past snit.

With Carroll it is tied to the wrongs he IMAGINES I did to him
in 2004, tied to his obvious very severe mental health challenges.

I feel rather sorry for Mr Carroll. He appears to have lost
    everything worthwhile. :-(

Including his sanity. Not joking... and I agree, I feel bad for him.
At the same time, given how I am his primary target for trolling and
doxing and hatred, I have limited sympathy for him. Anyone who lies
about my family and my personal life as much as he does deserves a bit
of karma coming back to bite him.

And of course you just had to bring SC into the discussion.
You are an obsessed sicko snit.

I hope the post I made earlier today further exposing him and what he is contributes to his departure from that newsgroup. He will eventually treat
it and the participants in the same manner as he's already done alt.computer.workshop. He desperatly wants to be seen as a peeer in the technical newsgroups he roosts in. He isn't a peer because he doesn't have
the knowledge or actual hands on experience with things many of us do in alt.computer.workshop and no doubt COLA.

He's been an end user and nothing more since he got his first computer. He's wasted decads fucking off on the tax payers dime when he could have been learning more about the machine in front of him. He's had access to a
computer for decades and all he has to show for it is that of an end user. A fucking end user. ROFL!

He simply will not take any responsibility for anything he does. Infact, as you noticed in the thread I created with the post, he claimed the content
was a quotable lie. Yet, right there in the headers of his own message was
the followup that he set. He's off his rocker and will seek to harm the COLA newsgroup again.

He's more than worn out his welcome on alt.computer.workshop which is why
he's attempting to stake a new place to trash in COLA. That too is greatly amusing considering he was already known as a piece of shit troll years ago
in that newsgroup. You have enough new people who weren't familiar with him - that's part of the reason he's tried to re-establish himself there.

As I do not see him as a peer, he's tried and tried to bring me down to his level - but has consistently failed to do so. David Brooks has broke him multiple times now by specifically stating that I am an expert technician.
And former BlackHat as well as former VXer. Not an end user like him. I
wasn't ever really an end user in the first place. I've been into computers since I was a little kid. Snit and I differ on what we did with our time
since getting our first machines. I opted to learn more about how they
worked on the software and hardware side and he didn't bother doing so. It's another reason that he's no peer of mine and won't ever be.

David and I are not friends or even associates. On occasion, he actually
makes an effort to be honest concerning me and puts Snit in his proper place as he does so. That of a glorified end user. ROFLFMAO!

True, he can't hide from it. He's too well known and it's not a good reputation that he has. I find that especially amusing considering my own past. I wrote some evil self replicating code, yet, Hundreds of people on a list with nothing nice/kind to write have done so about me. Snit cannot say the same and be honest while doing so.

FFS, Snit doesn't even comprehend what he reads the majority of the time.

Including his sanity. Not joking... and I agree, I feel bad for him.
At the same time, given how I am his primary target for trolling and
doxing and hatred, I have limited sympathy for him. Anyone who lies

You are an obsessed sicko snit.

Snit struggles with being somewhat 'normal' himself and despises anyone
who's so far above him that it's not even funny. That's why he consistently attacks SC along with myself and others. Either of us can and have schooled him multiple times.

I was already far more tech savvy than Snit is today before I became a teenager and that was a long ass time ago. Snit wants to be seen as a peer, but, he brings nothing to the table in order to be considered one. He
remains an end user. And an awful very dishonest troll.
