gone now, but while searching for something else, I found a mirror that
still has the Garbo and Simtel files:

I have a ppc based mac mini I was looking for software for.
I can run old mac os9 os programs too.

Found another archive of Garbo:

And I see they have simtel too. Looks like they're a general purpose
archive, apparently well funded. Hopefully they can keep the old files
alive.
