    I wrote this too because I couldn't download chirp and the software that came with it is in chinese:

    1) Connect and identify radio
    2) Backup radio memory to a file
    3) Restore radio memory from a backup file
    4) Export channels from a backup file to CSV
    5) Import a CSV and program the radio
    6) Quit

    Written using PowerBasic for Windows 10.03 and is a console application. Thinking about releasing it on my BBS soon.
