planet and parts on contemporary Earth. Clara is still at Coal Hill.
Capaldi said his Doctor will evolve and that hell probably be
different again There are more mysteries about him There are other
things in my Doctor that were still to display.

Maisie-Williams-doctor-who
Written by Jamie Mathieson and Steven Moffat. Directed by Ed
Bazalgette.
The first of two consecutive period stories. The first set in the
Viking era. Maisie Williams leads the guest cast with Moffat teasing,
Its not possible to say too much about who or what shes playing, but
she is going to challenge the Doctor in very unexpected ways. This time
he might just be out of his depth, and we know Maisie is going to give
him exactly the right sort of hell.
In a later interview Williams added: Theres been a lot of speculation
about whether shes like a younger Clara or whether she is a new
character completely. Im not going to tell you which one. Whether she
is good or bad is up for discussion, I think. She does put the Doctor
to the test and its sort of a dynamic that we havent seen before.
Filmed as part of Block 3 with episode 6.
Guest starring: Maisie Williams, Rufus Hound (Sam Swift), David
Schofield (Odin), Tom Stourton, Ariyon Bakare (Leandro), Simon Lipkin,
Ian Conningham (Chuckles), Murray McArthur (Hasten), Barnaby Kay, John

if they are narratively linked although recent comments from Moffat
have suggested so. Filmed as part of Block 3 with episode 6.
907-908 Untitled Two-Parter
osgood-series-9-bts
Written by Peter Harness. Directed by Daniel Nettheim.
A Zygon invasion of Earth storyline featuring UNIT and the return of
Osgood. Steven Moffat said: Osgood is back, fresh from her recent
murder at the end of last series. We recently confirmed that Osgood was
definitely dead and not returning but in a show about time travel,
anything can happen. The brilliant Ingrid Oliver is back in action.
This time though, can the Doctor trust his number one fan? Writer
Peter Harness promised a big cliffhanger.
Guest starring: Jemma Redgrave (Kate), Ingrid Oliver, Jaye Griffiths,
Cleopatra Dickens, Sasha Dickens, Abhishek Singh, Todd Kramer, Jill
Winternitz, Nicholas Asbury, Jack Parker and Aidan Cook.
909.
Written by Mark Gatiss (TBC). Directed by Justin Molotnikov.
Mark Gatiss previously told the Telegraph that his next episode will
appear in Series 9, although it has not been confirmed by the BBC at
the time of writing. Gatiss said: It has been a tough nut to crack,
but Im delighted with how scary it is. I cant say any more than
that. Moffat previously revealed one of Series 9s stories will be a
ghost story although it was unclear what episode he was referring to.
Episode 9 will be filmed following the finale shoot.
910.
series-9-episode-10-capaldi-clara-rigsy
Written by Sarah Dollard. Directed by Justin Molotnikov.
Joivan Wade reprises his role as Rigsy when he is reunited with the
Doctor and Clara in another Earth based story.
911-912. Untitled Two-Part Finale
Written by Steven Moffat. Directed by Rachel Talalay.
Moffat teased: When episode 11 comes up in the next series of Doctor
Who, youll see just how ludicrous a challenge Ive set myself. Dear
god! Im in a state of panic about it. Even now, sitting here I am
thinking, when I get back tonight could I just try another way of doing
it? Remaining calm and knowing that even though the director is joining
next week youre going to have to wait until its right. Moffat said
that the penultimate episode will end with a massive cliffhanger, one
he doesnt think fans will see coming.
2015 Christmas Special
