syncnes: install the free games under their titles, not their slugs
The lobby parses a cartridge's display name out of its FILENAME, so a ROM fetched as "sgthelmet.nes" sat in the picker as "sgthelmet" -- next to
"Super Mario Bros. (World)" it read as litter. Each entry now carries the
name it is INSTALLED as, separate from whatever upstream calls the file.
