Don't bet on it. I have Type 2 diabetes, even after I lost sixty
pounds I still have it. I'm currently at about 165 lbs.

I am still waiting on the blood work for checking if I am type 2 diabetic, and have gout...and then to see if my PCP feels that gastric bypass surgery would be an option for me. I wonder if anyone in this
echo has had, or knows someone who has undergone it, and what their experiences were. So, I'm not going to rush into this, but would appreciate any feedback.
Granted I am type 1 I have been through similar things.
I also am a big advocate of the weight watcher's program.
It's not so weigh in and scale orenited with the new program.
I would exhaust every "natural" way of losing weight first.
It seems both you & Daryl have been having problems with the weath
lately too... [wry grin].
Ah... glad to hear that. Years ago Dallas & I had a teenager livi
with us who had to weigh everything she ate.
Yes, I'd regard surgery as a last resort in situations where one c
afford to wait and see if a less drastic alternative will work. You can't p AH>back what has been surgically removed if you don't like the result.
