They have made changes to this over time.

So, I woke up in the middle of the night and watched a Lawyer explain what is going on in Georgia and Arizona.

What the lawyer explained was something you are complaining about.

He said that it seems that Fulton county purposefully ignored current laws and then just claimed that it was an "Error" and not a criminal act or fraud.

He pointed out repeatedly where Fulton County ignored the law and claimed human error.

FUN FACT... It was the Georgia State Election people who asked the DOJ for assistance with Fulton County's election problems. It was it was them who asked the DOJ to do the raid for the election documents.

It seems that Georgia State Election people asked repeatedly for the documents, to asses complaints, and subpoena them twice with no response.

They have asked the DOJ to supply all the documents to THEM after they are finished so that they may do their own investigation.

I heard the above by watching the Georgia State Elections people... THEY sited laws both Federal and State that requires for them to do so and they didn't.

I think this Save America act will prevent all this.

1) USSC ruled that people who ran for office have Standing so courts cannot brush their cases off like the did in 2020.
