    Oh! ..that's better. Maybe I should rewrite that the WELCOME message to simply state "REPLY to this message with %HELP in the body."

    Does the R)eply only respond to the original person who joins? Maybe adding this to the welcome message might be better:

    "WELCOME [name]! Simply R)eply to this message with %HELP in the body for further info to register. " ???

    I agree. I have always found the original text a little cryptiv

    That would be nice. I remember clearly, when I started here, to struggle before understanding that I had to reply privately to the FidoTelebot.
