    I get a fatal error when running make and make install on this (2.5tar.gz) under Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit w/ Cygwin. I can supply the error if it would help. I didn't see that I needed anything other than this, but I could have easily missed some steps.

    Ok some of the necessary libraries (glibc) aren't available for Windows.
