    That made even less sense than that soft-reboot Muppet movie with Walter the whistling Muppet. I don't know. I tried evaluating the episode with a suspension of *that* disbelief, but it's not that great either way. Showbiz episodes have been really crappy for the last decade or two. Marge's subplot was a fun diversion at least. The meta-commentary on the house's weird color design and ancient style was also a nice touch done well.

    ...the flag may be hung wrong in Homer's fantasy (if it's against a wall, it should have the blue part on the left; if it's on a line, it depends on the compass bearing)?

    -We ought to make a mention of the mid-episode couch gag gag
    -Alf Clausen (fired over the summer) has his usual credit for this episode, the
    oldest of the holdovers. Since he wasn't credited as composer for WABF17, I would imagine this is the only season 29 one he'll be on, unless he jumped around a bit himself.
