Yes, Google.
The malware has been around for almost 6 months, there are
hundreds of articles.
Bottom line is, NEVER pay, they usually DON'T give you the
unencryption key. Rather, they ask for a second or third payoff and
then disappear.
It's probably Russian, not Indian code, BTW.
