10th amendment is nice, but not all people can afford to move to a state that has the freedom or lack of freedom
they want.
If a person wants to smoke weed and cant afford to move out of OKlaholma.
If a person wants to live in a state that bans abortion but they live in California.
If a person is gay and they dont want to live in a state that legalizes discriminarion.
