yeah because they are stuffed. if you bread them and deep fry them they dont taste like shit either.

Yeah, what I meant though is that was my gateway drug for mushrooms. Now I can even eat them on pizza and stuff.

In the USA, they often are. True Canadian bacon, IIRC, is made from
back cuts, which are usually leaner, instead of belly cuts (like it is in
the US).

In the USA, they often are. True Canadian bacon, IIRC, is made from back cuts, which are usually leaner, instead of belly cuts (like it is in the US).

I live in the US, and I've always thought Canadian bacon and ham seemed a bit different..
