Microsoft to Stop Supporting Office 2016 for Mac in October <https://www.macrumors.com/2020/08/03/microsoft-stop-supporting-office-2016-october/>
"Connecting to Office 365 services using Office 2016 for Mac isn't
supported after October 13, 2020. That's because Office 2016

If you're an apologist, please at least _read_ the cite before brazenly refuting every fact about Apple that you simply don't appear to like.
Already? I remember using it when it was new back then. :(

1. I remember way back when Mac versions of Word and Excel were actually
almost useful and not over-bloatedly full of awful gimmickry and bugs. :-(

Ditto. Hence, why I still prefer and use old versions even if unsupported.
The last good version of Word was 5.1, and it is untenable on a modern machine and cannot produce documents any modern user can work with.
He's a stupid anti-Apple troll.

Wow, from 90s according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Microsoft_Office. I
still remember the DOS version during the early 90s. I was jealous of those GUI word
processors. I remember getting one (forgot its name) on my Apple //c after seeing it in
action in my junir high schools' computer lab even though it was slow compared to
Macs.
What do you use these days? I use old 2007 SR3 and LibreOffice v7.0 (just came out
yesterday!) in my decade old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC. 2011 in mac OS Mojave
v10.14.6. LibreOffice v5.2.7 in my 12 years old Debian Jessie v8 PC.
