@Subject: [Lame-dev] RFC: Amiga and RiscOS (future LAME 3.99)
Just a quick question:
Do we still have Amiga or RiscOS users?
If not, I would like to drop Amiga and RiscOS support.
I don't even know, if LAME still works on these anyway.

RiscOS was an operating system for ARM-based computers, mostly from Acorn(e.g.
Archimedes and RiscPC).
Acorn's BBC computers could accept various second processors via the Tubeconnection
if I remember rightly. It was one of the first examples of heterogeneousmulti-
processing that I knew about.
I have a friend who may have had one of those. I know he had a 464 andtalked about
the 664 and 6128 when they were released. I believe the PCW seriesinherited a lot
from the CPC.
